Teen Rescue Mission was so humbled today meeting with Pastor Tom Deuschle at his office today. Pastor Tom who is the Founder and leader of the Celebration Church had time sit and listen to the deliberations made by our team on our mission’s projects and future plans and he very much appreciated the work that the organisation is doing.
Pastor Tom offered to help us with strategy and all formal structures to ensure good management as far as formal organisations are concerned so that we always make a good impression.
He offered to mentor us and he will send his team from Celebration Church to start training our staff on strategy and other programmes so that TRM can stand to be a powerful voice of tomorrow.
Drug abuse something that has become a major challenge and Pastor Tom cemented that we work together and stand strong in youth empowerment.
Therefore TRM is joining hands with the Celebration Church in training of youths as we stand to fight against drugs and substance abuse, early pregnancy and crime in teens and youths.
